By accessing or using SpaiFlow Studio's website, online courses, and community platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
SpaiFlow Studio provides creative education tools, drawing courses, community galleries, and collaborative art features. All content is provided for personal and educational use unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, artwork templates, videos, and platform code are the exclusive property of SpaiFlow Studio. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. You retain ownership of your original uploaded artwork.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others' rights. Harassment, spam, or attempts to reverse-engineer our platform are prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Premium courses require payment. All sales are final except in cases of technical failure on our end. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
7. Limitation of Liability
SpaiFlow Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
