How do live sessions work?
All live classes happen on Zoom. Recordings are posted within 24 hours in your dashboard. Sessions last 90 minutes and include critique time.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you’ve attended fewer than 3 sessions. Refund processing takes 5-7 business days.
Do I need any special software or tablet?
Any device with a stylus works fine. We recommend a tablet + pressure-sensitive stylus. All course files are delivered in Procreate and Photoshop formats.
Can I join the community without buying a course?
Yes. The free “Fallows” membership gives you access to the Discord channels, monthly open studios and the resource library.
Are classes recorded and how long are they kept?
Every class is recorded and stored for 18 months. Lifetime access members keep recordings permanently.
How many students are in each live cohort?
Maximum 18 students per cohort to ensure every participant receives personal feedback during each session.
Can I switch cohort dates after enrolling?
You may request one free date change up to 72 hours before the first session. Additional changes are subject to a $35 transfer fee.
Do you offer certificates upon completion?
Completers receive a verified digital certificate of completion that can be shared on LinkedIn and added to your professional portfolio.
Is student work featured on your public channels?
Only with your explicit permission. You can opt in or out any time from your dashboard settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna installments. Corporate invoices are also available upon request.
